Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting dynamic commercial real estate and transportation locations. In this role, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, tenants, and/or transportation personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, transit-adjacent access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, observe camera and alarm systems when assigned, and report maintenance, access control, and/or suspicious activity issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate and transportation-focused location by assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and communication during routine and emergency-related events.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

$16.50 / Hour

DayTime Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
