Security Officer Part Time Patrol Presence

About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Presence in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity across the location, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with security-related requests, following Allied Universal protocols, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
