Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to use clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and media location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and maintain accurate incident, patrol, and shift documentation.
- Communicate professionally with site personnel, guests, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required (per Allied Universal driver policy).
- Minimum age 18 years for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful background investigation (federal, state, local).
- Drug screen as permitted by law.
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
- Security Professional Guard Card or license preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.

Pay
$23.11 per hour.
Schedule
Monday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
