As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout the location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required per Allied Universal driver policy).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
