Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In a role shaped by teamwork and integrity, you will support a caring, reliable, and innovative team focused on people-first service and a professional presence throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe building activity, and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and/or property-related issues according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations at the location by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and assisting with directions, escorts, and/or general tenant and visitor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Preferred Skills

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour
• Job Schedule: Day Time, Monday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tuesday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Position Type: Part Time
