What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate property contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour. Schedule: DayTime Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM.
