Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying authorization and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

$16.00 / Hour

Day Time: Saturday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sunday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
