Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
