As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Reporting in Roanoke, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate: $16.66 / Hour
