Security Officer Part Time Mobile Patrol

About the role

As a Part-Time Mobile Patrol Security Officer in El Dorado, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. This role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, business operations, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, potential hazards, access-control concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and completed activities accurately in required logs and reports.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$16.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Daytime shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
