Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain a calm, problem-solving approach when responding to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations, and report observed issues according to site protocols.
• Answer phones, provide directions, maintain detailed logs and reports, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and policy enforcement.
• Support day-to-day lobby and entry point operations by observing activity, verifying credentials when required, and escalating unusual behavior or concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions only.
