As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, customers, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall locations, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
