As a Security Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and assist with access control and site procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and supports an efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at a logistics and distribution location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, access points, business operations, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location and report suspicious activity, unauthorized entry, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and shift activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Schedule: Monday 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM; Sunday 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
