DayTime Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to production, warehouse, and other restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and/or vehicle logs, issue badges or passes as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Carry out regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including gates, parking areas, loading zones, and other assigned access control points.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
