Security Officer Part Time Credential Enrollment Driver

About the role

As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry procedures, verify credentials, monitor access points, and provide outstanding customer service. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork and integrity. This is a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and guests by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor records, and report access-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, common areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
• Maintain clear, accurate activity reports and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$19.00 / Hour

• Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
