As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic entertainment and retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests and team members. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of entertainment areas, parking lots, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site leadership.
• Document incidents, patrol findings, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
