Job Details
- Assisting the director as well as working with key control, photo IDs, card access, Kronos time and attendance, scheduling, fire drills and documentation, and the training and competency of officers.
- Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Performing repetitive duties and alert in making decisions in emergency and crisis situations.
- Answering customers’ questions and requests for assistance in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
- Performing the core skills required to safely handle, carry, and operate an issued firearm.
- Proper application of subject control tactics.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION: High school graduate
- EXPERIENCE: Previous safety/security experience preferred
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Valid PA driver’s license, PA ACT 235 or PA ACT 120 (with PA ACT 235 waiver), BLS preferred
