What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter routes, noting potential hazards, access issues, and/or suspicious activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the location.
- Support emergency and evacuation protocols by assisting with communication, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Previous firefighting experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
