As a Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and involves clear communication, reporting observations, and supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of food production, warehouse, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
• Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced food and beverage facility.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Skills

• CPR certification is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Schedule: Wednesday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Thursday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Friday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
