What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production environment.
• Respond to incidents, unusual conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with location protocols.
• Support a clean and professional presence at the location by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and other security-related observations that could affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
