Security Officer Part Time 3rd Shift

About the role

As a Part-Time Security Officer on 3rd shift at a manufacturing and industrial location in Oshkosh, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to site needs with professionalism, contributing through teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation in a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, property, or personnel, and complete detailed incident reports as required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$16.97 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, 3rd shift: Friday and Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
