Security Officer - Open Interviews 7/8 9AM - 3PM

About the role

Securitas Security Services is hiring Security Officers for full-time positions at their facility located at 2111 E Highland Avenue, Suite 350, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Interviews will take place on July 8th from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and their guests.
• Uphold core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned sites.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months.
• Above average computer and technology skills.
• Experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or the Military is preferred.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.
• Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• An Arizona Guard Card is preferred.

Pay

$18.00-$22.00 per hour.
