Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a front desk within a commercial real estate office environment while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and direct guests to appropriate office locations.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with building management and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident records while supporting a professional and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
