Security Officer - Office Building

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process, including background and drug screen
• Texas Security License or ability to obtain one
• At least 18 years of age
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.75. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Must be available to work all shifts (mornings, days, and overnights) and days of the week. This position is non-guaranteed hours but has a strong possibility for 32–40 hours each week.
