Security Officer: Mon-Fri (3pm-11pm). Newton, MA

General Job Duties

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with clients.
Control access (entrance and exit) to client site or facility through the admittance process.
Exterior Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
High level of observation skills.
Able to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Requires a 2nd interview.
