About the role

As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting concerns according to site-specific procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site management and/or emergency services as appropriate.
  • Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site personnel.

Requirements

  • Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

  • Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Pay

$16.00 / Hour

Schedule

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
