Security Officer - Mobile Response Days

About the role

As a Mobile Response Security Officer in Fernley, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Pay

$22.50 / hour

Schedule

• Wednesday: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Thursday: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Friday: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
