Security Officer - Mobile Patrols

As a Security Officer Patrol Rover Driver in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document deliveries, vehicle traffic, and other site activity as required.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, communicate with site contacts and/or first responders, and complete accurate incident and activity reports.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour
