As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Overnight in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive research and industrial facility.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, testing areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, directing personnel and guests as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and other security-related observations.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Pay

Pay Rate: $16.86 / Hour

Schedule

Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
