Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. In this unarmed role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. This position requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, contractor arrivals, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Observe and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, facility conditions, and potential hazards to help support orderly operations.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
