The role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Schedule & Commitment

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): Designated site and weekly shift serving as your reliable base schedule, requiring a six-month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: Pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
• Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour
• Schedule: DayTime Mon 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
• Work part-time hours one week and full-time the next, with the option to scale back when needed, up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, court personnel, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of court facilities, public areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and restricted locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points; observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain daily activity logs for incidents, patrols, observations, and security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
