Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Athens, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
Maintain access control practices and guide visitors according to site protocols.
Aid with routine security-related documentation, post orders, and/or shift communications while maintaining a professional presence in a healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
At least 21 years of age is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
