Job Description
As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Sarasota, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels.
- Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining logs, providing directions and assistance, and following Allied Universal standards along with site-specific policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
