Security Officer - Manufacturing Plant Rover

About the role

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Plant Rover in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access awareness, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing updates with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while helping to confirm that only authorized individuals are admitted in accordance with site policies.
• Support Allied Universal standards by reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related issues that could impact daily operations or security-related procedures.

Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
