Security Officer - Manufacturing

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Site Supervisor Security Officer with strong observation skills and attention to detail to monitor security systems and respond to potential threats.

About the role

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will spot threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Two-year Security Supervisory Industrial Experience
• General knowledge of Safety Protocols/Rules
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• State license if required

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
