About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verify access permissions when required, and report maintenance, access control, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, recording patrol activity, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards for assigned duties.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
