Security Officer - Logistics Facility

As a Security Officer Route Observation Driver in Justin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial logistics environment.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
