What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and document access-related activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors and/or local contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to access control concerns.
• Support security-related operations within a logistics and distribution location by observing for unauthorized access, reporting maintenance or policy concerns, and following post instructions.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
