About the Role

As a Security Officer Lobby Concierge, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Lobby Concierge greets employees, visitors, and vendors, representing the company brand to everyone who passes through the main lobby. The successful candidate must possess a professional demeanor, balance a myriad of daily tasks, and display superior communication abilities. This position also supports quick and effective response to employee, security, facilities, and other related service needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to the campus.
• Effectively utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure a smooth check‑in process.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively engage with each individual.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in Korean, both verbally and in writing (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• One year or more of security experience.
• Professional customer service and concierge experience.
• Conservative and professional presentation.
• Work history must demonstrate:

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Contributing positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks.
