As a Security Officer Incident Response in Fort Pierce, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Security Officer at a food and beverage manufacturing location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while documenting security-related activities. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, unauthorized access, and unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
