You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage badge access, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access logs.
• Coordinate truck, trailer, and pedestrian access in accordance with site procedures, directing individuals to appropriate check-in areas and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading dock approaches, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
