• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and/or perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, waiting areas, and/or other sensitive locations to help to control access, provide directions, and support a professional environment for everyone on site.
• Assist with security-related calls for service, de-escalation support, and/or emergency protocols while working closely with staff and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Proof of required vaccinations is required for this hospital assignment.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
