About the role

Join Allied Universal as a Healthcare Security Professional, supporting a hospital environment through routine patrols, visible presence, and professional communication. You will help maintain a secure setting for patients, visitors, and staff, respond to security-related incidents, and provide compassionate service in sensitive areas such as the hospital morgue.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter.

Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
