As a Security Officer Hospital Area Patrol in Towson, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals at a healthcare location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and adherence to facility access requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
