The Security Officer position at Securitas involves actively monitoring and patrolling various client sites to maintain a safe and secure environment. This includes enforcing regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. Security Officers also provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol client sites to ensure safety and security.
  • Enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
  • Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.
  • Preserve order and enforce rules and regulations.

Requirements

No prior experience is necessary. A background in retail, food service, or hospitality is beneficial but not required. Securitas provides comprehensive training for new hires.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. No previous experience is necessary, but a background in retail, food service, or hospitality is beneficial.

Skills

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Patience and a friendly demeanor are also important qualities.

Pay

Starting salaries range from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on the location and client.
