About the role

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure a safe environment.
  • Enforce regulations and directives for client sites.
  • Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.

Requirements

Valid Florida Security License Required. No experience necessary. Background in retail, food service, or hospitality industry is beneficial but not required. Training provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to perform patrol duties.
