About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to work directly with the District Manager for a varied schedule that changes weekly based on Securitas needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
  • Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
  • Frequently provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Requirements

  • No experience necessary!
  • A retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is a plus.
  • Must have a clear motor vehicle report.
  • Must have good customer service and computer skills.
  • Previous security experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open availability a must.
  • Willing to travel within San Diego County.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
