• Day: Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
  Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Maintain access control by monitoring access points, verifying credentials, guest lists, deliveries, and/or visitor authorizations to help control entry and exit in accordance with property rules and post orders.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or security-related concerns.
• Complete routine logs and incident reports, document visitor and vehicle activity, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues observed during the course of duty.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
