Security Officer Gate Attendant

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, and security-related policies at a busy logistics and distribution location.
- Monitor entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access through screening, identification checks, and clear communication of site rules.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post instructions and reporting activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, vehicle information, and/or incident documentation related to access activity, deliveries, and other security-related concerns.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, gate areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
