About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic media and technology location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence for employees, visitors, and guests. You will manage access, communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and help support a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, guests, talent, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access to the facility, communicate professionally with staff and guests, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Assist with reception-related duties, including directing guests, receiving deliveries, answering phones, and supporting a professional environment within a media and technology location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
